this week ...
Man, this week has been so... well half fun/half frustrating. Of course I'm always frustrated at SOMETHING, so that doesn't really matter! =P
Last Thursday, our school band went to play at the "Golden Horshoe Festival" which was so much fun! It was held at a local Christian college. Anyway, schools from all over the province of Ontario were there to play. The whole day really just consisted of checking in, hanging out and buying food at the cafeteria, watching other schools, eventually playing, going to the clinic (where the judge guy sorta asks us to play certain parts of the song), and then hanging out in the lobby. We got the "silver" medal. Just missing a day of school was especially great.
Anyways, I asked our teacher if we could watch Star Wars in our class because we like to watch different things. (IM OBSESSED). So she said, if you make a lesson for it, we'll watch it. So all weekend, I made up a sheet for the class to do and a list of characters from the movie. So just before march break we're gonna watch it. I'm so proud! =D
