BABY SHOWER
I am having my baby shower on August 16th, to anyone who lives around here, or even doesn't who would like to attend.
You could also just send a gift via the mail, Walmart has I think 57cent shipping. I'd take anything, and I mean anything. I have absolutely NOTHING for a baby anymore, because I thought Kevin was going to be my last. You dont even have to go out and purchase me a gift. Anything you have, that you don't use anymore, and is gently used, even clothes would be so much appreciated. Gift cards help too, for stuff like diapers & wipes that you need for at least 3 years, lol.
I would LOVE for any of you to come! It's going to be a black and white party. My baby's room is going to be in black and white. I thought I'd change it up to instead of PINK like every little girl has. I was thinking about the pink and brown, or the sage green, but then I saw this beautiful set @ walmart and I was won over.
We are going to have the shower beginning at 1pm, and then the dinner party starts at 5:30pm. It will all be over by 8:30-9:00pm because it's a school night for any kids who are coming. It is on a Sunday, because I figured not as many people have to work on Sundays as they do Saturdays.
It's also CO-ED, and you may bring a friend of your choice. Spouse, friend, boyfriend, anything.. also if you don't have one, you can bring a friend of the same sex. The more the merrier. If you do send me your address, I will be sending you an invite with a card inserted inside saying "Black" or "White" on it. This is the color you are appreciatively asked to wear, doesnt have to be formal, it can be casual, black shorts with a black top, white skirt with white top, doesnt have to be ALL white or black, just so you can be recognized as what team you are on for the scavenger hunt. It is going to be SO fun. We are going ALL out because it's our last baby, and first little girl.
Her initials as of right now are CAK, possibly will change but you will know within the next week if they do. I am planning on naming her Calleigh Ann Elizabeth Kennedy. But for initials CAK is perfectly fine. I'd love a diaper bag with her initials on it (if anyone really wants to know what I'd like, hehe!)
I am registered, but not finished registering at this moment, but will get that done by the end of the day. Really all the things on my registry are much needed items that are a tad more expensive than just for a friend's gift. I did it mainly for family. BUT I will be adding much cheaper items that are also very needed because as I said we have NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING @ this point but ONE OUTFIT that we bought at an outlet in Mrytle Beach when we went 3 weeks ago. PLEASE don't feel obligated in ANY WAY to buy me ANYTHING! or even send me anything! A congrats and a smile goes along way too. If you can't make it, but would like to send something, send ANYTHING, I will gladly give you my address. You can send a card, with a gift card, or a present from Walmart which I believe will ship whatever you purchase to the Walmart near my house, then I can go pick it up with a photo ID. I believe that it MAY be 57 cents for store to store shipping, but most of the items I've looked at and picked are free shipping.

Don't feel bad if you can't send anything, even a card would make me smile. I love to know how many friends I truly have when I am in need... and I will hopefully always be able to return the favor, gratefully and so willingly.
