Okay here's the thing. The pictures you gave me were lovely, but not large enough for a wallpaper, which is what I wanted to do so you could can keep this layout. (What is the name of this layout, anyway? I really like it.) Then I tried to do a banner and nothing looked good. Keep in mind that I was on the computer for five hours trying to make something happen.

In the end, I made THIS. You are probably mad that I didn't use the pictures. And if you want me too I can try again. I just got frustrated with the pictures after many unsuccessful attempts and decided to find some that would work.

If you do use it, you may have to lower the entries so people can see the photostrip. I can give you the HTMl if you don't know how. I also kept the PSP version incase you wanted different words.

To make up for not using the pictures, I made THIS. I kept the PSP of this as well so I can change the information as it changes. :D

First of all, I noticed you changed your layout, and the wallpaper I made for you will look best with the first one you had (black dotted outline around entries).

To input the background picture, go to

MANAGE >> CUSTOMIZE >> CUSTOM OPTIONS >> IMAGES

-put in the URL
-you want NO REPEAT
-Center/Left should both work for position
-You want it FIXED when scrolling

If you need to lower the entries so the photostrip isn't covered up, I'd need your password to set up a theme for you, because I tried to lower it the basic way and it won't work. I doubt you care enough to go through that much trouble, but it's doable.

OMG i signed on here and my journal was something totally different. It was an old style that i had before. before i signed on it was what you made, then i signed on it changed.

Yeah ... I was bouncing around because LJ was fucking up and completely pissing me off. This is the final product. You can't see the entire wallpaper, but it's good enough. :)

p.s. You are not a pain in the arse, LJ is, for more reasons than just this layout catastrophe.
