So I went to this incredible healthy cooking seminar last night. One of the many ministries of Free Inn Deed. It was hosted by Kay and Donna. It was amazing! The whole time we were there, I kept thinking... THIS is taking care of the body. Our bodies are not our own. THIS is the way Johnathan Edwards ate, I bet. So with all of that, I'm going to be doing some of my grocery shopping at Everything Natural. Keyword: some. This is going to be a gradual weening. There's no way I'm just going to start munching on kale and raw carrots, but I'll get there someday. However, this might become an issue with Evan.
