MODs that suck
I have to say I get a big kick out of reading customers_suck and how the whole community has gone down hill in relation to the MODs overzealousness. The pickiness is beyond pale. It used to be a great read and fun to be a part of - but the MODS are ridiculous in their OMG P.O.W.E.R.!!!!!
It used to be kittylair that did all the banning, threatening and bitching...but recently.....
I do have to say I was recently banned by poetesslaureate [she wishes she could pen well enough to be a "laureate"] because she claimed I am a wank starter [?] and had been reprimanded 4 times by two different MODs - or so she says. Actually my only complaint was with her fat, flipping behind- and I was good after she threatened me - not warned, not suggested, not whatever - she THREATENED me and I have no idea what the 3 other times were nor who the other MOD was because I never received any kind of communication regarding it - only comments and messages from poetfatassess. le sigh
I think she was upset that after she claimed that her hours on the net made her an expert on panic attacks and I should spend more time on the net because I didn't know what I was talking about I suggested she shouldn't be on the net so much. Actually the amount of time this woman [girl?] spends moderating customers_sucks and the line she takes on the OMG RULES scares me. Do people actually spend this much time on the net to feed some need to be, um...right all the time? powerfull? INSANELY STUPID?
I don't mind the ban - the community is a farce of it's former self and the archives are a great read - but honestly?
