"Follow Your Bliss"

Last night had dinner with Chris in Sugarnot (I think it's becoming my default restaurant to have dinner in with friends) and had their Hungarian sausage for the first time. YUM. It was during the dinner discussion of work, wifely headaches and other such things that I got the brilliant idea of VISITING MINA IN SINGAPORE! The whole idea of wandering around that amazing (and small) city all by my lonesome was tempting, hehehe.

And then Chris blurted, "It's perfect! Did you know Tiger Air's 50% off?"

This morning I checked, and oh my God, they really were! Woohoo!

After dinner we trooped to OCCI to watch The Secret, which I thought was a full-length feature film and turned out to be a fantastic documentary. It's amazing--everything I learned from OCCI, plus the ton of self-help books I've read, all connect because of this film. I mean, it's really fantastic! I want a copy! And then I wanna have as many people as possible watch it! I wonder if it's to order from .

So, what is The Secret? It's based on a universal Law Of Attraction (which basically says like attracts like), then spirals into pretty much everything OCCI's taught in their programs. I loved it because it took everything to a practical, and then spiritual, and then completely organic level (like the idea that we're all made up of energy).

With guest stars like Jack Canfield, Bob Proctor, the Mars & Venus book guy and other self-help gurus (even tossing in a physiologist and physicists), this is an eye-opening, amazing, exhilarating film! :) And the stuff they talk about here is TRUE. How do I know?

Basic principle: Whatever you want, you will attract. So, always say what you want.

When we left OCCI we were carrying trash (eaten junk food wrappers) and were walking around looking for a trash can. "Let's go find a trash can," someone said, and five seconds later we stop short in front of this DUMP TRUCK. Walking on, Mark said, "Hey, I want a cab that's a Toyota" and I added, "with strong air-conditioning."

Then a white Toyota cab turned the corner beside us, and IT WAS EMPTY.

How freaky is that?!

inspirational chu-chu, domestic goddess--not!
