Oh man. I wish I knew. I am still clinging to the black ankle boots I bought in 1997. I'm not kidding.

They look a bit scuffed but not too bad (since I had the heels replaced last year), but yeah, I need to have a better plan.

I bought one cute pair of ankle boots last year, but otherwise had been stuck in an awful Dansko rut. They are NOT cute (for the most part). It's so hard with all of the HEELS. They don't seem to make any cute casual shoes that aren't super wedgie or heelie.

Those are cute! I was looking at a pair of Sorels on Zappos. Happy to know that they are comfortable. the heel looks good as well!
