I'm tired.
I need a new job. I am broken and hurt and tired. I feel almost heartless now, everytime I wake up and know that I have to go to that place. It's a bunch of brown nosers and suck ups and people who will manipulate anything to get what they want. They punish hard workes, and give the people who suck up awards. Last time I checked, being degrading towards women and not listening to your superior just because they are a woman wasn't something worthy of praise.
Last time I checked, security didn't equal customer service, and when did the two meet? Because no wonder people don't give a rats ass about airport security. it's a joke. If all we do is dance around people's feelings and try to appease everyone, how are we supposed to get anything done?

Yes, that's nice. I'm aware of the fact. Why don't you tell the flight attendant to piss off then? Instead of reprimanding me for defending myself? Oh, I guess I can't do that. So much for my boss having my back. Glad to know the flight attendant means more to you.
You wonder why so many people quit and leave this place? And yet you still treat us like the dirt under your feet. Maybe if supervisors actually ACTED like supervisors instead of fat cows sitting behind a makeshift counter drinking starbucks and talking about where they went shopping that weekend. Maybe if the managers would actually come out of their little bat cave and actually WATCH the passengers come through and see how they harras us, then maybe, just maybe, you would get it. But since you get to go hide behind the desk and pretend like there aren't 15,000 people coming through, you don't know what it's like to be watched ALL day everyday, every second. You get put in that situation and then tell me that you won't snap at AT LEAST one person.
