Annoyed, and my iso

so i bought from SWISHAHOUSE, like over a month ago and she forgot to send one of my items,
long story short we agreed to she'd shed a replacement eyeshadow instead of refunding my money because she didnt have the lipstick i bought

I had the same problem before with her and she sent my item out almost a month later. I emailed her and asked her what was going on and I understand that life happens. I did open a claim and she did send my item out with a dc#. I received it in great shape and a few extra samples and freebies. At first I was frustrated but after we talked and figured everything out I was willing to buy from her again. I actually ordered something today. I'm sorry things are not working out but I'd just email or pm her see what the deal is. If not just ask for a refund.

she has such good sales and prices, i even wanted to buy from her today, but after this, ugh!
it happened like 2 years ago too, but she sent out the missing item right away.
i know she gets busy and all, we all do
but at least have some better communication
she had enough time to work on a sale and post that, id imagine if she really sent this time she'd have a few seconds to email me the dc#

Yeah I understand what you're saying. I'd be a little annoyed if someone screened my comment in the sale post and kind of blew me off after not sending the stuff I paid for.
I'd leave the claim open till you get your items and if they are not there in a reasonable time then have paypal step in some more and get you a refund. That's kinda ridiculous.

call Paypal and talk to someone and tell them what happened. I'm sure they can help you figure out something

Im just going to leave Neg fb she still is ignoring. It's bs. And ill make sure everyone knows. All over 5.00 MAC item. Guess its worth it to ruin a rep. I know I wouldn't ignore someone. If anything offer to refund the money like in the first place.
