College is scary!

So I visited Brown yesterday con mi madre and I completely fell in love with it. They have open curriculum, which I think is awesome and the people were really nice and there was an amazing fiddler playing in front of this cafe who made me smile. Our tour guide was really nice and I loved everything about it, which kind of surprised me since it's right in the city. So that's good, but the down side is it's almost certain that I won't be able to go there. I mean, there's a small possibility that I might get in, but even if I do, it's really expensive and I won't get scholarships because I'm not an athlete or a valedictorian or anything. But on that note, I found out that the fencing coach reserves spots on the varsity team for people who have never fenced before, which is pretty awesome. And I think I want to get in shape to do crew, although it's hard to get on the team since it's Ivy League and Ivy League schools are known for their rowing and everything. Anyways, the gist of it is I love Brown and I would be so ecstatic if by some small, wonderful chance I get to go there. I think it's like, the Ivy League for real people. Not snobs and people with daddy's money. The people are genuinely nice and there isn't much competition between students and it's just a completely amazing place and I really can see myself loving it there. So that's about it. El fin.
