Oink. Oink.
This above, is the ferocious desert predator, the Javelina. It is pig-like with a sturdy body and nimble feet. It grunts and squeals when agitated.
I had an encounter with this creature 2 nights past and have recently discover a large silver dollar sized bruise on the inside of my right knee: painful when pressed.
Whether or not the mysterious bruise is a result of my late-night encounter with the Javelina is another equally mysterious mystery.
Perhaps...we shall never know.
