We've just heard that they do want to sell our place - GOOD
They want to do this by July - GOOD
They will take an offer from us ASAP but it must be "our best", ie, they don't want to muck about with negotiating - SCARY BUT GOOD
If they don't accept our offer we have to move out by 29 June as they want to sell it Vacant - BAD BAD BAD
So no movie for us tonight, home to figure out a swift plan of action, that must include: getting bang for our buck - who will loan us the most for the amount we can afford to pay monthly, figuring out how much to offer, getting valuations done, sorting out the loan for the deposit, etc etc etc.
