Nice Saturday
It's been a busy Saturday, but a nice one. I had SR my client in at 8 a.m. (nothing like THAT, just graphic design!) He always brings a large decaff Starbucks with a shot of chocolate in it, that insures he's welcome :-)
Then I worked on my computer. It had been refusing to turn itself off. I downloaded the free OU virus checker and cleaned it. Found around 1800 ad ware/spy ware/worms. . But it certainly is a lot snappier.
Then a nap, of course. Kicked a little creationist butt and now I think I'm going to paint for a while. This week's efforts are on my art blog: http://evolvingartist.blogspot.com/ Certainly a little better than "Homework Guy." I like that I got a feeling of weight in the couple. My figures have had a tendency to be a bit floaty.
In a little while Chris and I are going to see "Stardust." We read the book a couple months ago and although I didn't care much for it, I think it would make a good movie. Michelle Pheiffer is the Bad Witch, so that's got to be a good thing, right?
