I'm self publishing Heart of the Tengeri as an ebook and as a paper back. I've been working on the design almost non-stop for over a week and now that it's uploaded I sort of have the bends. This is also creating a certain amount of anxiety because serious authors aren't supposed to self publish. However, this book was dead in the water and it might as well be on Amazon as in my drawer. I originally had it up on Lulu as a paper back but I found out Amazon had a better deal for the print version that even includes a free ISBN, so I've moved it over. It doesn't look like Amazon handles ebooks so Lulu is keeping that one.
My heart is racing because I have done the unthinkable--published my own book.
Will ANYONE still respect me in the morning?
