Things that make me smile...
*Reviews for Longing, although now I'm wishing for a burningeden-level hilarious flame to amuse me so much.
*My shiny new laptop, which is working so flawlessly and is so pretty and glowy (the keyboard glows!).
*My very strong Wi-Fi signal which is keeping me from stringing wires all over the place.
*The Big Bang Theory, which is like the old-style sitcoms that I used to watch all the time and there aren't enough of at all.
*My sister may be moving closerthan NC, which would be awesome.
*That Dell commercial with the guy singing badly to interuppt the caroling office workers. He knows how to play the game ;).
*Weatherstripping and window sealing kits that are keeping us nice and toasty and less dependent on the heat being on all the time.
Things that are making me all frowny...
*Those cheesy 'collectible' Obama plates and coins that totally say "cash in". "Yes you can...own a piece of history!" Uh, yeah, I'll stick to my newspapers, thanks.
*Too much bad news. I thought I'd never want to see the water skiing squirrel on the news again, but I do!
*People who leave their pets outside to freeze in near-below zero weather and almost kill them.
*That Callie Torres is being turned into a revolving door as a lover for the worst actresses on television, when Erica was just perfect for her.
*Izzie's imagined necrophelia. Even Lorelai/Christopher didn't want to make me avoid one of my favorite shows so much.
