(no subject)
today kasey asked me how life was and we both agreed on "meh" or some sound to that effect. kasey, help me out with how i would go about spelling this profound response to this question, because it was so perfect. :) ha.
i heard a quote today that i loved.
"is it a coincidence that after you fall, you have to go on your knees to get back up again?" i think not. i've decided that i've put my spiritual life on the back burner for too long, and any troubles that i'm going through right now are most likely to remind me that i need God. i dont know if this makes any sense, but it has a lot of meaning for me right now.
in other news, 3 days until NYC (!!!!), and less than 2 months of high school left (!!!!!) whoo hoo! i couldnt be more excited.
also, my brother emailed my mom in list form and ended with seventh, love, dan. it was really funny and i thought i would share. dan i hope you dont mind. haha. on the topic of daniel, i was thinking today how excited i am for college kids to come back home. i cant wait to have dan and mike and tess around for the summer. i miss them terribly. weekends home just arent enough!
