my beautiful dog, Meg
yesterday was a pretty shocking day for me and the rest of my family. our beautiful dog, Meg, (who's 14 years old), had a stroke. it was a very upsetting time, and on the way to the vets it didn't look very good at all. we thought the outlook was very, very bleak, dark and upsetting. the vets confirmed our suspicions: she HAD in fact suffered a stroke. it was awful. I felt so sorry for her, and wanted this to all be a bad dream. life is cruel, in the respect that it was not a dream, but a cruel, cold reality. however, the vet gave her an injection and some tablets and said Meg should make a full recovery within a few weeks. I just hope she gets better.
