My friggin job!
Ok, so this dumb ass comes in, trying to use the self check-in system. He swipes his ID like 5 times and it isn't reading it.
I tell him, "Sometimes the machines won't read the id's. Cancel that, and tell it you don't have your id, it will allow you to punch in your social."
DA: It's not asking me for my social!
Me: Did you cancel your earlier attempt?
DA: *overly dramatic sigh* Yes!
Me: Well then do you see where it asks, "Do you have your ID? YES or NO?
DA: Yeah?
Me: Click on the "No" box!
