I have reached the point in my life where PMS is ruining me!
You wake up and think it to be a normal day. As you are getting out of bed, it hits you like a ton of bricks... PMS!
Oh god you think, not today. I have so much to do today. I have to interact with so many people today. My CHILDREN and their fellow booger-eaters will be in my house all day. I have to drive places today.
What Am I going to do? Hopefully, you continue thinking to yourself, it will last only today. Certainly you will start mid-day, proceed to eat your weight in Oreos and all will be right with the world. But then again, you know you aren't that lucky.
On your way downstairs to get coffee, you trip over the 1100 pounds of dirty laundry spilling out into the hallway floor from your daughters room. At the bottom of the stairs you almost completely wipe out on all the shoes piled up at the bottom, and to make matters exceptionally worse, you realize you have gained 10 pounds literally overnight, and happened to be forming a blemish on your chin.
Good God! What next?
I'll tell you what is next. Random bouts of yelling, screaming, crying and laughing. Then overwhelming feelings of being overwhelmed and sheer hatred towards everyone you have ever met.
Two minutes later, you have now decided that your laundry room MUST be organized TODAY. And in the midst of doing such, you nearly faint from exhaustion. As you lie there watching the Lifetime Movie du jour, a feeling of panic sweeps you as you realize you are the ONLY living soul that will finish your laundry room, because NO ONE in your house EVER does anything to make YOUR LIFE easy. In fact, if anyone cohabitating with you had ever actually matched the socks or took the time to reattached their buttons, you would NOT be spending your day in the damn laundry room.
Random bouts of screaming, yelling, crying and laughing continue throughout the rest of the day in a completely vicious cycle. One, big circle jerk you can't remove yourself from, because your actions and emotions are completely OUT OF YOUR CONTROL.
