My Personal Emmy Recap
Sooooo...the 58th Annual Emmys have now come & gone. Sure there are many people out there who aren't particularly happy with how the awards went. Here's my brief recap including several different photos that I felt like sharing.

Allison Janney was one of the main reason I watched West Wing. Love the antique look of the dress but I'm not crazy about her hair. I think she should have worn it down. I LOVE Stockard's necklace.
Kiefer's Win was VERY much deserved and I screamed when he got it while doing a little dance. He was SO gracious in his speech, just one little, teeney complaint: No mention of Greg and Jean for helping to make the season great :(
And Jean Smart!! My gosh was she radiant. I love how her eyeshadow offset her gown perfectly and the acessories! You weren't the only one to notice the ring hehe. Also the bracelet and the purse and the EARRINGS. I would kill to see pictures of her getting ready. Am I obsessed? :P
The pictures of them together are the only consolation I have that they didn't win. It really didn't hit me bad until yesterday. Here was 24's biggest moment...and they weren't part of it. Everyone else won but them. I can't tell you how depressed I was...and how I wished you would get on so we could hash it out :)
I'll get over it in a few days and take comfort in two things: Great photos for icons, wallpapers, and banners PLUS Jean's kiss with Kiefer. I mean GAH! where did that come from!!

Stockard just cracks me up - she always dresses so bizarre. Kiefer won (look for a special picture for you later) and that was perfect. But you're right, it was a little upsetting about Greg & Jean - I've sadly gotten over their loss. I just say they were the only reason 24 won the best drama since they hadn't in the past.
