OKAY SO.
i went to my first rave.
IT WAS AWESOME.
it seriously changes your whole life. or.. well, it changed mine.
it started out as music. really good music.
but soon the music dissolves itself into the world around you and it IS the world around you. it's all you feel and hear
and eventually you begin to think that there'd be nothing without this music playing.
you move constantly to the sound, feeling your heart and breathing line up with the beat pulsing through the stadium.
the people around you are all crazy, for whatever reason. that makes it even better.
you can't stop enjoying every moment of the people with glow sticks, hand lights, drugs, candy, y'know.. whatever.
simply fuckin phenomenal.
what made my night amazing was getting candy.
i had always seen them on people but never understood.
and it felt great to get one.
ADDICTED!
i can't wait to go back.
