seriously. BED. the past couple of nights I have been out late. and tomorrow night, thursday thru saturday night, I will ALSO be out late. JIMINY WILIKERS!! when am i going to get my knitting projects done on top of...dare I say...WORK.
Once i get a wee bite of the procrastination bug too, it just spreads. Hence, instead of working, I started my holiday baking today. Though, honestly, it needs to start now, seeing i have to mail things to Scotland. I am doing my toffee covered in chocolate again, and have added a cookie now. I am doing G-peeps. Yes. G-peeps. As in Gingerbread People. Or Person, if so you see fit. I also upped my ingredient quality from the standard "organic" and "locally produced" to add in "fair trade" ingredients. Not only that, I have decided to dub them "Turbo Tan" G-Peeps. (

My reason for the title is that the more socially, enviromentally, sustainably viable ingredients seem to produce a darker g-peep. So, my next idea is to not don them with buttons, but rather bikinis and speedos. THis way, there is no mistake they look like they made way too many trips to the tanning salon. heehee. I have notmade them yet. Just the dough. BUt, I will put pics up of them. If you want to taste a few, I can happily send some over.

sara_tanaquil it was soo great meeting you two in the city last night. I had FUN!! Glad to hear you got up feeling well and able to teach! wow. makes me feel even more lazy. i got up at 10am (though ,that IS quite late for me) and shopped most of the day. Being ex-catholic, there is one thing that doesn't leave...the guilt. Well, I didn't feel that guilty about it until now, realising i shopped and prepped my xmas baking. ^^;;
p.s. i just realised...i really need a massage and to start yoga again! it's been a month! >.<
