Normally I never want to leave the house. Now that we don't have a fully functional car (and hopefully will be soon without it as it will be at the collision shop) I find myself wanting to go for car rides. *rolls eyes at self*
Work is going well although I'm still amazed at how little time I have for crafting now that I'm home all the time. It makes no logical sense. I did manage to finish a cat bed this week and I keep thinking about the two knitting projects I want to start. And I need to finish the hat I've been working on as my go-places-with-me project. I think I'm about 16 rows from the end, but do I pick it up? No, not yet And I haven't located the knitting needles for the next charity hat. They're around here somewhere, probably on the floor next to the couch but I can't see them due to the pile of yarn that is also there.
Last night was the November Meeting of the Black Sheep Knitting Guild. The guild held a potluck but with no car and not having anything to bring, I didn't go. I wasn't heartbroken by this as it also meant I wasn't in danger of bringing home more yarn from the free table. There is *so* much yarn here I'm already having trouble finding places to stash it.
My virtual meetings took place as usual. I joined the Cranky Women on Friday, the Starsky & Hutch folks on Saturday, and my online crochet and knitting friends on Sunday. That when I finished my 978th cat bed.
