This was a normal week of work for both of us, band practice for
jebra, and crochet and laundry for me. The only abnormal thing was Pandez's health, which continued to alarm me. He's been eating and drinking very little and spending most of his time curled up into a tiny furry ball. I had been fighting with myself over whether or not he needed to see the vet or if whatever was wrong was something he could fight off without a huge vet bill and medical intervention. We took him in last night and the poor little guy has lost a lot of weight (far more than I suspected) and has two parasitic infections. He may have other bigger problems, but we won't know for sure until his test results are in.

In mom news, she, at least seems to be doing well health-wise but is unhappy about spending the majority of her time home alone.

In
jebra's parents news, they have returned to Florida for the winter. Unfortunately for us, they skipped one of the items on the shut down the house for Winter list and we will have to go up there and do it for them before the temperature drops much more.

The only other thing of note (besides making Level 16 in Ingress) is that I finally watched Zombieland. I didn't know about the movie until I found the pattern for the Zombie Killer Slouch on the freebie table at Guild. I wanted to watch movie to see the source of the hat and was not disappointed. The hat is incidental, but I enjoyed spotting it in the movie and the movie wasn't bad either. It wasn't too scary for me and it made me laugh, so that was a win all the way around. And
jebra seemed to enjoy it too.
