Whether you've ever been interested in me or not, for the moment consider that you are trying to seduce me.
What song would you use to set the mood?
If you respond here and repost this in your journal, I promise to return the favor.

If I was wearing the penguin suit, I wouldn't need music. :)

I can't really answer this for two reasons. 1) I'd feel funny answering it. 2) Seductive music completely depends on context.

In general though, if you start in an environment that is relaxed (dinner), it is easier to with go romantic seductive music (since you hate jazz, that would rule that out), cuddle-able (sitting alone on a couch with someone) easier to go sexual music, sensual (giving someone a massage) easier to stay with sensual music vs forcing the mood to sexual through music.

Things I've admittedly used in the past with people include: Santana, Coltrane, Hendrix, Enigma, Slave to the Traffic light by Phish (not a sexual song but the long build-up of tension adds a nice unconscious background), Garbage, Tori and Ani. The important thing is that it has to be music that turns yourself on as well as the other person. Oh yeah, Pink Floyd worked once too. So did folk once. I never realized I used or abused music so much. Oh yeah, the Desperado soundtrack is a safe album.

I would probably have to go with music with slightly breathier/edgier voices with guitars through compressors and a uni-vibe. I'm not sure I'd go as far as a fuzz pedal but I might use tube screamers. I think wah pedals are a little over-rated for seduction.

I found playing the sax or guitar works well to ever if the playing is not in a style they like or a song they want to hear. As long as it's half-decent, music does something to people.

Wow, that's so much better than "Crazy Bitch" by Buck Cherry.

That's why you rock.
