[The entire post is text.]

My welcome, I think, has been overstayed. O'Brien has gone, and it is now time for me to follow my own path away from here. Tomorrow morning, I'll be on my way.

I wish each and every one of you all the best, even those of you I didn't know or particularly like. A wise man I knew here once said that this place is not a home. I hope that you find yours, wherever and whenever it may be.

[Una's friends filter; if you think you're on it, you are.]
It's very likely that I'll see you again someday, thanks to the generous co-ordinates list with which the Admiral has provided me in exchange for services rendered. Until then, be well.

[Private, to people no longer aboard.]
Neil Howie, where you've gone I cannot follow, but I hope that the grace of your God is everything that you expected it to be. Sveta, I'm coming to see you, and I have something for you. O'Brien, Beatty-if you think I was going to simply go on my way without at least checking on you, you were quite wrong. Edward, Angelica, I'll see you soon; I'm looking forward to spending many days at Fanshawe with you both.

[Prefect]
Thank you for being a friend to O'Brien, throughout everything. You're a good man. I shall miss you; take care of yourself.

[Kay and Narvin]
Good luck, you two, and try to stay out of any more trouble. I'll do my damned level best to be there for the wedding.

[Parker]
Raise a glass for me sometime, and take care of yourself. I'll see you again out there, one of these days.

[Cissie]
Keep an eye on Gaheris for me. You're a brilliant girl and you've got great things ahead of you, I know it.

[Hoffman]
I charge you faint not all night through
For love's sake that was breathed on you
To be to you as wings and feet
For travel, and as blood to heat
And sense of spirit to renew
And bloom of fragrance to keep sweet
And fire of purpose to keep true
The life, if life in such things be,
That I would give you forth of me.
-Algernon Charles Swinburne, "Epilogue"

[Jane]
Remember to use your anger but to let go of it as soon as it's no longer useful. You have a lot of hard work ahead of you, but you and Eddie can do it, I'm certain.

[Braxiatel]
Some part of me feels that I am abandoning you here, and I am sorry for that. Be good to Gaheris and to Miss Chartreuse. Whatever I may have said before and whatever has happened here, I mean it when I say that I hope to see your Collection with my own eyes someday, and that you'll be there to give me the guided tour.

[Rhade]
Come stay with me tonight, before I go.
