fuck hardcore shows!
Haha. Seriously though. I was so bored yesterday. Calora (Tito, Jeremy, and David's band) played in Pomona last night. Tia America, Eddie, Vivis, and Matt came down to my house around 1:00....Cristine took the bus with me and Andrena yesterday morning. Allie came over later. It was cool...Mom and Tia BBQ'd and we were just chillin. No alcohol. Allie got picked up by her friend and went back home to El Monte and Chi got picked up by her friend Kristen. Mom and Tia dropped off me, Drena, and Vivis at the show which was a five minute car drive away. Max was happy to see Viviana, it was cute. So we watched the first band, Enmity For The Living, and Calora played after them. I don't know, scenesters are so gay with their stupid ass pits, and every local band that comes out sounds so generic to me....it's all the same shit. Breakdown. Breakdown. Breakdown. I'm just sticking to the hardcore bands I've been listening to for a couple of years now, thankyouverymuch. Calora was good though. I like how Jeremy isn't shy. And they were rocking out n stuff. (Tito keeps on telling me he's planning to quit the band though....haha. Well, he is supposed to be in a tight ass indie/rock band with ME....bahaha.) Around 9 o'clock Max got a call from Sandra; she was in the hospital. She didn't tell him why. So Tito and Max decided to leave (Tito wanted to drink at my house, but then his mom called and then my mom said that Rudolfo was tired and not to bring any friends over). I asked for him to give me and Vivis and Drena a ride home, so he did. I hope Sandra's okay, it wasn't nothing serious or his uncle (who was diagnosed with stomach cancer a couple months ago) is still alright.
Ash and I are supposed to get together on Tuesday and Wednesday. When Danny Magana (a childhood friend of mine from elementary school and also Ashley's ex) comes down from Oceanside, we're supposed to jam with him. And of course I'm going to make Tito play for us. I hope Max will too! I want to make good, heavy, indie rock music. I can hear it in my head, I just gotta get together with people and create it. I can't do it by myself.
Gabriel hung out with me, Calvin, Chi, Jasmine, and Drena on Friday...it was nice, I missed him. Calvin was really tired so he crashed out early. Jasmine was really happy to see me...it had been a month since she was grounded for crashing her mom's car....haha. But yeah. She left around 10:30, I think. Jimmy came at ten. He smoked them all out. I stayed sober cause I'm cool like that. I'm so proud of my non-drug participating self. Everyone else left around 12:30. It was cool. Daniel (Calvin's roommate) is in Canada for a couple weeks so next weekend, we're having another kickback. I told Tito and Max to come. Jimmy too. Basically everyone that usually goes plus a couple more cool people. Vivis might come down too. I have a feeling it's gonna be crazy. ;oP
