I now bring to you a makeover of the Caliente condo! (That's Dina out front jumping rope in her slinky nightgown).

I created an empty room on the third floor; right now it's only used as a dance studio by Dina (both girls learned dance when they were young, but only Dina really stuck with it; Nina instead channeled her energy into sports starting in middle school).
Roof:
Living room. They originally had a poker table, but Dina kept on playing and losing money! They are already more than 50,000 simoleons in debt after furnishing their condo (and paying for their luxurious lifestyle). It's just one reason that Dina has her eye on Mortimer Goth.
That is Michael Bachelor's urn. He always loved the beach.
