Let's see...
So my brother was visiting for 10 days, starting on the 19th and ending on Thanksgiving Day. It was fun. I'm really glad he was able to come :) We took him to MagiQuest in Myrtle Beach, SC. He loved it. We had a blast. Then took him to Cracker Barrel the day before he left. We also did other stuff, but nothing worth typing. Just hanging out with him, going out here and there. It was a little cold, so we mostly stayed indoors :)
Juliet is still potty training herself. Although the past few days she's been having a lot more accidents. I wonder if it's because her Uncle flew back home. She was doing really well while he was here. If she's running around half naked, she has pee accidents, but I'm glad she still sits on her potty when she has to poo. I just had to bribe her right now to sit on the potty and I'd give her some "loot" {candy}. She just drank a bunch of lemonade. So I'll have sit her down again in 10 min. or so. How often am I supposed to be having her sit down? I'll ask her if she has to go, and she of course says "no". And if I try to sit her down, she'll resist. Does this mean she's not ready anymore? Even though Jerrod and I never tried potty training her, I figured it be awhile. She's the one that started all by herself. And she doesn't want to wear diapers anymore. Cloth or sposies. Although I stick her sposies at least at night..
Wellbutrin isn't working and I can't seem to get a doctor's appt. So Jerrod is letting me borrow some of his Zoloft until I can get my own prescription. It's easier for him to get in to see his doctor and get more refills.
I haven't been on birth control in about a month {no sex either} and my period came back with a vengence. Just like when I was in high school. I'm miserable. I need to get back on something. But again.. need a doctor's appt that is never available.
I got sucked into the "Twilight" series. I'm currently reading "New Moon" {almost done} and I have yet to go see the movie. I'll probably end up seeing when it's on DVD and Jerrod can download it. How sad...
The only thing I bought on Black Friday, Online, was more memory for my computer. LOL Juliet and myself still need some decent winter clothing.. but I'm just too cheap. Nothing ever fits me, so I only tend to shop at Old Navy, but I can't see myself spending money on myself. And Juliet grows way too fast. I was able to score some Gymboree long sleeved tops at the post thrift store, but again, I can't seem to buy new clothes for her. I'm afraid of her having another growth spurt. Since when I did become a penny pincher...
Lately I spend my days playing The Sims 2... so I'm not as active online. It comes and it goes. But that's where I'm usually at. Besides tending to my almost 2 yr old going on 4. She knows the basic shapes including octagon,pentagon and hexagon. She knows how to count up to 10. She knows her alphabet. Knows her animals. And the noises they make. She can form small sentences. She can tell me where it hurts, or what hurts. She can tell me what she's feeling "Juliet's sad, Juliet's scared..." So much more. She knows a lot of songs. From Twinkle Twinkle Little star, to Backyardigan songs and many more. She's so smart. She surprises every day with a new word added to her vocabulary that we have no idea where it came from. IE: Scrumptious, ruined... etc.
Like yesterday she took of her diaper and said "Oh no! My diaper is ruined!!"
Comes running up to me after eating a christmas cake "I like cake. It's scrumptious!!"
LOL She's great. I love her. We're blessed to have such a smart toddler. ♥
