I found Joy's instructions a little bit less clear than usual, so I cleaned that up as well as made some tweaks to the process.

I made soft pretzels from scratch last night. (And Sunday, it was a two parter). This involves yeast dough. Boiling. And baking.

They are damn good.

I feel like I should get a merit badge.
