A Nite @ the Symphony…
On Wednesday, Mom & Pen, along with 1 guest each (Dad & me), were invited to a Hard Hat Concert @ the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville. Every company that helped build the symphony (which wasn’t completely finished) was given tickets to hand out to their employees to attend the symphony.

It had the most beautiful http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v22/MrsCurls/Other/DSCF1135.jpg & http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v22/MrsCurls/Other/DSCF1137.jpg in all sizes. They’re very cool IMO. I love http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v22/MrsCurls/Other/DSCF1156.jpg b/c it displays how they look like grape clusters! :)

Since this was the first concert in the symphony hall, there were seats all over reserved for the acoustics people & there was even a http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v22/MrsCurls/Other/DSCF1146.jpg so they could test out how the sound moved thru the room. Even had a cool machine to test out how evenly sounded was absorbed by humans when the hall was filled.
At the end of the amazing music (which reminded me of old Disney movie soundtracks, think: Bambi, etc), the orchestra put on http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v22/MrsCurls/Other/DSCF1150.jpg & tipped their hats to us, the crowd. Aww…:P
After the concert, there was a complimentary BBQ> http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v22/MrsCurls/Other/DSCF1159.jpg provided in the front yard of the Hilton Hotel. It was yummy. Had BBQ sandwiches, tater salad, slaw, baked beans, chips & mini pies. Yum!

Oh, btw, I found my lost Collective Soul CD…well Penny did but details, details…:P It was under the passenger seat of my car. I looked that car over several times but didn’t see it. Oh well, found it. Yay!!! :D
