Fic: Charades, anyone?

“Don’t interrupt the genius when he is talking!” Owen scolded, frowning as Gwen bounced up and down in her seat, waving to get their attention. Safe to say, Owen ignored her. “As I was saying,” he flicked to the next screen. “Because I am a genius, I was able to create what amounts to an antidote and what would have been a month without PC Cooper’s voice, will now only be a week.”

"Damn," Jack was cut off as a piece of paper hit him square in the forehead. He glared at her, picking up the screwed up paper and threw it in the bin. He threw his hands up in celebration: Score! “Yes, Gwen.” he sighed wearily: it was going to be a long week.

She opened her mouth to speak, but no words came out making her gap like a fish.

“Well, what d’you know - a quiet Gwen,” Owen muttered, ducking as a ball of paper came flying his direction. “Hey!” He pointed a finger at the silently fuming woman. “You shouldn’t touch things that … just things!”

The team was still and silent for about two seconds, until Gwen started up her actions again.
“Anyone up for a game of Charades?” Ianto smirked: he did enjoy a good game of charades and really, he was very good at it too…. not that Gwen would be finding that out anytime soon.
“You want to go fishing?”

“No! She wants to...go boxing?”

He managed to slip out the room unnoticed, cringing at the sound of broken china. He’d have to clear that up later, but it was definitely worth it.
