Everyone I know is becoming famous via reality TV! This is insane!
First Reigan makes the top 12 on Australian Idol and now Jeremy Ryan from Stage Door has made it into Opera Oz or whatever that show on the ABC is called. You know, the one that's like Idol except with opera. Look on page 5 of yesterday's "Today" section.
I'd like to say that Jeremy Ryan is AWESOME. He has the most incerdible voice I've ever heard. The funny thing is that he is convinced he's a baritone, but apparently found out on the show that he's a tenor. When I knew him, he was afraid to sing tenor unless he could do it in a muppet voice. And he is the funniest guy both onstage and off. He better freaking win, but even if he doesn't, the show will still be very interesting to watch.
