On the possibility of snow.
They're predicting snow here. Originally they said today, and who knows? (not me), but at present the sun is out in a way it has not been out in a couple days (literally two).
Kevin was here recently, which was delightful for me. I went to a casino for the first time ever. It was more overwhelming than i had expected and less exciting. I mostly spent five hours watching k@ slowly work on $20 Kevin had given her. Also drinking complimentary water, which i think is pretty neat, especially as it has to counteract the chain-smoking going on in there.
We were talking later and realized thank you health and safety laws that we really only encounter smokiness (not smoking, but an atmosphere dominated by smoke) at parties nowadays, and i basically never go to any (i don't have any friends), which means i almost never smell like smoke. Which is really pretty nice.
