Live, From Norwescon! The Thursday Morning Edition
Ha! We all slept in, this morning. Because we could! Nothing much gets going today until after Noon. The registration desks open at Noon for both The Man and The Boy and my pro registration desk opens at the same time but, having learned my lesson from previous years and will not be rushing up there right at Noon to get my badge and packet. My first panel is at 4PM and there are no other panels I want to go see before that so I'll wander up around 2PM and give the long line a miss. I think The Man and Boy will probably do something similar.
So today is probably more lounging around the room and enjoying being on vacation.
I think, once all the registration desks open, we'll probably go sit in the lounge and people-watch. This year is very likely going to be extra crazy and packed with people we don't necessarily see every year. There are people flying in from all over the world to attend because of George R. R. Martin. I'll probably post photos both here and over on Facebook.
