For the first time in my life, I managed to have someone in my family tape a sporting event, manage to make it home and begin watching without knowing the result, and then watch the game in its entirety without finding out the score or giving up and going find out for myself. This was especially hard, considering that no goals were scored in the first ninety minutes. However, Germany made it worth the wait when they put one through to win in stoppage time.
