There was one thing, JUST ONE THING, that i wanted to do while i spent a week in Manhattan, Go to Jacques Torres' chocolate shop. Arguably the most skilled pastry chef in the world, internationally known as mr. chocolate. I went there. I can die happy.... so happy.
Little does he know how much i admire and respect him... and also how close he was to changing a huge part of my life... funny how that stuff works out.

I went back to work tonight, and you know what, it was actually somewhat enjoyable being back in the kitchen... and yeah, i still got it. hah.
i ate well in NY... very well.
