So I went in to talk to the doctor about the shoulder pain.
I am now pleasantly awaiting the results of an x-ray.
Diagnosis? More arthritis. This time, of the acromioclavicular joint. Feel free to look that up. I don't feel clicking or grinding unless I really push it, so she suspects that the subluxing that occurred last year may have made the joint loose, and now it's just going through the routine of becoming arthritic because of it.
No real cure, no PT I can do since it's a joint and not muscular/ligature.
Great.
This makes the total now my ankles, my wrists and now my right AC joint.
Awesome.
At least I can still climb and lift!
