Surely this woman could get off with an insanity plea? How on bloody earth could you drive along train tracks for 300m honking your horn at the train and not know what you were doing?
It's way past time every driver was reaccessed on their driving - and if the test isn't such that 50% fail then it isn't tough enough! You are sharing the roads with people who are legally blind, have no idea at all of the current road rules and are just plain f'ing stupid...
How many know how to use a roundabout? Just the letter of the law most haven't a clue, but also the intent behind roundabouts by entering turn-about and keeping the traffic moving, not bullying your way through without a pause...
