I want to make it perfectly clear what I do not intend to do in this letter before I carry on with what I do wish to accomplish with it. The points I plan to make in this letter will sound tediously familiar to everyone who wants to lead the way to the future, not to the past. Nevertheless, Miss Nikki Slade intends to create a new social class. Malodorous philosophasters, callow dips, and the worst types of soporific sods I've ever seen will be given aristocratic status. The rest of us will be forced into serving as their drones. If I try really, really hard, I can almost see why she would want to revile everything in the most obscene terms and drag it into the filth of the basest possible outlook. To state it in a more sophisticated manner, I am tired of hearing or reading that taxpayers are a magic purse that never runs out of gold. You know that that is simply not true. Many the things I've talked about in this letter are obvious. We all know they're true. But still it's necessary for us to say them, because the reason I'm writing this letter is that Miss Nikki Slade's cringers have no velleity to restore the world back to its original balance.
