Catch up
I guess I'm kind of playing catch up right now. I've trying to find a new job, have my two year anniversary with nate, get my car in working condition and go on vacation next week. >_<
I missed work yesterday cause my car was on the fritz, took it to the shop, and $500 later, it's "okay" to drive. *sighs* I still have about $300 in repairs to do yet. >_< next month.
The job hunt is annoying. You'd think a college degree would be good for something. grr.. I'm hoping to have some calls soon, I've applied to about 10 jobs now. I'm still at Olin right now, but I'm only able to work there through August, so I've decided I want to be out of there as soon as possible. I'm a little bitter at the way I've been treated, but I'll get over it.
Umm.. oh! Vacation! Yay.. finally. I get a week off next week. I can relax, spend time with my family and Nate (hopefully - though he's working). I'll just be happy to be away from this place.
our two year anniversary is on monday, but we're celebrating it this weekend. I know we're going to Darien Lake.. but that's not till sunday. So, we'll see. I hope it goes well, and I'll possible hear his say "I love you".
I know I haven't really talked with anyone in a while, but I promise to try harder. >_< I want to have a cookout/picnic at my house after everyone gets back to school, so I'll definately be talking to everyone at some point. I don't want it took big, just a few friends and a nice night. :)
