Yay for rain!
but a bigger yay for the soft light after the rain...
Internet is down on campus, so I'm just editing this while watching bad old VH1 specials. I feel so disconnected, both literally and figuratively, I just don't know what to do with myself. I guess I can clean and write and stuff, but it just feels weird not to have the 'net.
I was supposed to meet Katie for lunch, but couldn't find her... There were no messages on my phone, so I'm wondering if she even made it. There's really no one else around to hang out with yet, so I guess I'm all on my own for now :(
UPDATE: Internet is back! (obviously) I ended up playing Warcraft for a while to take up time. Turns out Katie did drive up from Oly, but we missed each other who knows how many times. She's undestandably pissed at me for not being where she thought I was going to be, and I feel herrible for the miscommunication. Back into that old cycle... If anyone has wondered why I haven't been updating, it's because of days like this - a whole lot of nothing interesting going on. I'm sure things will pick up when we get closer to school starting.
