Dependency
Dependency is a bitch. For example, I depend upon a gadget to keep me organized. It holds my to-do list, with the specs and due dates of all my assignments. Good stuff, in theory.
This morning I went to look at my assignments, and lo and behold my PDA had crashed, losing all its memory. If I were a smarter boy, and I'm not, I would have backed all that shit up onto a computer or something.
Moral of the story: don't depend on gadgets to remember things for you - use a note pad.
Second moral: sync your PDA if you're dumb enough to use one
