Start of beer here I just pulled the Scratch Ball Porter from the fermentor to the carboy. I've got the sugar in and will bottle when the bottles are sterilized in the dish washer. I rinsed them with solution but to be sure I run them with no soap.
SG 1.014 temp 74F which means I have 5% ABV. It's tasty but really needs a month or two in the bottle. I can't believe I left both batches in there for over a month.
I'll be pulling the John Bull modified Porter tomorrow probably.
