Tokyopop and Jahova
Oh maaaan,, I went to bed at 7am this morning after pulling abother all-nighter, and I'm STILL not finished!! Ahhh... And I was woken up like 2 hours later by JAHOVAS WITNESS. WTF!! W. T. F!! I only bothered to answer the door because I thought it was my train tickets, but instead I got a lecture by two old women. However, because they were old women, I was nice to them (in a just woken up, zobie type way) and pretended to listen. Well I was either nice or just being a pussy. Actually, I might have been semi-dreaming when they were talking, because.. well I swear at the end they said they'd come back some time and see if I'd read the magazines they gave me.. and they asked my name. That weirds me out a little.. a lot.
*Sigh* well, been drawing all day and I can't wait to be finished with this. Actually, I'm pleased with how the end of the animation is coming along. Should make up for all the garbage beforehand.
OH, And yeah I heard from Tokyopop again (I'd forgotten about it to be honest), and I'll be doing a book signing event / drawing masterclass (hahaha.. I can see how that's going to go..) at Borders in Kingston on the 31st May. That's a Wednesday I think. So, cooool. Paul and I will finally meet, after months of emailing and talking on Deviantart - he seems enthusiastic about that, should be fun.
Oh, I just received an email from him now, haha.. that's freaky.
And, event number 2 - I'll be a special guest at the London Expo on Sat 27th at City Hall (Next to the London eye o'course), and will be on the Tokyopop panel in front of an AUDIENCE which scares me. And no doubt, signing and drawing things.
So, looks like they didn't forget about me after all. Aww.
