You just gotta keep rollin' with the punches....
This last week has been very interesting to say the least, fun as hell, but interesting too. It started off last sat....LMAO....I got a call from Rosenblap askin if Rachel and I wanted to go out to dinner and hang out with him and Kelly. Well unfortunately Rachel was gone but I said i'd go anyway as long as that wasnt gonna be odd or anything. Rob and Kelly come to pick me up and tell me that they had found a date for me, they wouldnt tell me who until we got to the apartment where we were picking this person up at. My date for the evening was Cory, but it was all good. I have to say though that that was one of the best nights that I have had up here since day 1 of fresh year. We ended up at ponderosa for dinner and i dont think ive laughed that hard in a hell of a long time.
Then came Sunday. I was really excited cuz we had pinning and our first meeting. Then after Sunday I wanted Monday to fly by cuz that night we got to find out who our big brothers are. And hell yeah for LMFJ...this semester and rest of the time is gonna be a blast. All this stuff seems a little overwhelming but i'm sure it'll get better, it's just the addition of all that stuff onto everything else i'm doin is a little much, but i'll get thru it.
I also ended up finding out that the people I was plannin on living with next year are plannin on stayin where theyre at, so I needed new roommates (but their reasoning was understandable, just a bit of a surprise.) But I'm still excited it's me, Rosenblap, and Timmy. Should be some great times.
I think I'm finally about done now - the last thing is that i'm pumped for this weekend. I'm runnin home Fri for my homecoming back in C-Town to see all my friends and then coming back to Mt P the same night. Sat morn is Pie a phi Tau which should be fun, and that night Joe and Tara are coming up for the party and what not - should be awesome. Well now that this is officially the longest entry I've ever written and probably will for a while I'm out. I should probably try and get some sleep sometime.
