So they finally sent some robots into Fukushima to measure radioactivity levels. But they failed to do so, because it was too humid. Now my first thought was that the moisture must have made a mess of their electronics. But that wasn't it.
Turns out the on-board cameras fogged up, which meant they couldn't read the on board dosimeter. This all sounds awfully jury-rigged to me.
