I figured I should probably write down a few impressions for posterity and for other people about to get married. My impressions will, of course, be from the groom’s perspective.

My wedding impressions post is here. The short version is that Noa, Tomer, Eitan and I arrived for about the last ten minutes of the reception, I thought the Chuppa was great, set a person percentage-of-wedding-spent-dancing record and had surprisingly little alcohol. (Was trying to not get dehydrated, what with dancing and all.)

I thought the whole event was done lovely, with the fantasy theme and the candle trees and all. Good location choice for winter. Any behind-the-scenes mess did not show.

I thought the wedding was great, and all the opinions I heard agree with that assessment. Both me and Shiri were disappointed we had to leave early- it was so much fun(total counter to family weddings)

But Ilana did give the waiters that came up bearing the leftovers of the wedding cake and some food trays a show by making out with Hila on our bed.

Oh, my, that is SO Ilana. :-)

From my point of view, the wedding was glorious. Period.
Love you guys a lot, and wish you all the best. It was so wonderful to see you two get married.
