Haruhiism Is Back!!!
This is old way old. But I really enjoy the gender bending approach doujinshika and generally those who do the fanart are doing for the characters of the series.
For more or less a united format on how the guys would/should look like in a universal gender swap looky here please.
I don get it why would Haruki (male Haruhi) would have a yellow head band? Well some guys do pull it off but I cannot see that the character can pull that off. Bur I am loving the big grin!!!! Hehehe, Nice to see a "Oranyan" as a main lead on a "series" and not as the 2nd guy or fall back guy for a change.
Surprisingly Kyonko (female Kyon) is wildly popular among fans who like doujinshi. She seems to emit a coodere vibe to her. I mean Kyon was really a coodere to begin with, right?!?
I also am finding it funny that the "unspoken" rule about the guys being way taller than the girls still applies here. I dunno I would not mind seeing a girl as tall or taller than the guy in a anime for a change. (Lovely Complex does not count for that setup was important for the plot development.)
I am really liking the character designs for Mikuru and Itsuki. The drawings really fit their personalities well.
