That is an old DS title from tamiya.... It is essentially a coloring "game" of sorts that will allow you to color pictures of tanks, fighter planes and other manly stuff!!!
Hahahah... I remember I did have a phase where I would doodle and draw fighther planes as well as cars. Oh, the nostalgia of it all makes me smile.
I sure hope there is a ROM of this somewhere!!! Friends who are reading this as well as those who have DS's please help me to find a ROM of this... hehehee Onegai shimasu!!!
the title in Japanese is こころが目覚める男たちの塗り絵DS ~タミヤボックスアート~（kokoro ga mezameru otokotachi no nurie DS- tamiya bokkusuaato ） Note. that last confusing katakana string might be "box art".
